So I have just had a horrible day. My 11 month old wont stop trying to get into EVERYTHING and my fiance is just crabby. So after a day full or chasing around my lil guy and argueing with my fiance I am completly worn out. BUT, I still need to clean this place.
I have been so caught up with taking care of my son and cooking for all of us I have not thoroughly cleaned this place in like a month!! Dont get me wrong its not filthy but its not spotless either. So I guess its time for me to get off of here and get to cleaning.

Time For A Change
My name is Angel and starting Friday January 20th I am officially starting my very first REAL attempt at weight loss. I turned 20 on January 13th and have a son who will be 1 on February 25th. I am also getting married on February 16th.
After having my son I weighed 270 lbs but I started having menstrual cycle problems and just getting stressed. With all of this the weight just started to ad on. I am now 340 lb. This is scarey to me. I never thought I would let it get this bad. So now it is time for me to commit to getting healthy for me and my family.
I am a stay at home mom and my fiance works to jobs. So he is not home enough to really support me that much. I am hoping this blog will keep me motivated and maybe I will here from people and get help.
Diet
I will increase the difficulty as I go along. As for now I gotta not over do it for health reasons. I have asthma and don't want to put myself in danger. This is to help get me healthy.
So I will weigh in every Friday starting with my official weigh in this Friday on the beginning of my Journey.

My Plan
Diet
- Replace bad sweets with fruit (natural sweets)
- Try to stop drinking pop and drink more water
- NO fast food unless no other choice and if so make healthy choices with it
- Walk Every Day
- Sit-Ups/Crunches M/W/F
- Some sort of weight lifting T/TH
